Appointments are available on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays in person or via Zoom starting in February.

For in-person appointments, please bring a picture ID* and check-in at the Welcome Desk in Building B.

For Zoom appointments, you will be required to have your camera on and show a picture ID* for verification.

UPDATE: No Evening Virtual Drop-in Advising during Spring Recess (Monday 3/16/26 - Thursday 3/19/26)

Virtual advising sessions are available via Blackboard on a first-come first-served basis.

Spring 2026 (Effective February 2, 2026):
Monday & Thursday: 10AM–NOON & 4PM-6PM
Tuesday & Wednesday: 4PM-6PM
Friday: 10AM-NOON

For virtual drop-in advising, you will be required to have your camera on and show a picture ID for verification.

* Please note that the virtual room may LOCK earlier than the listed time if the room reaches the capacity for the number of students who can be served during the two-hour session. If this happens, please join us for the next available virtual advising drop-in session.

Class Registration

Are you a new student looking to register for classes? Please make sure to follow and complete the Enrollment Steps first.

There are many ways to register for classes:

You can register online through your Student Portal
Need to speak with an advisor first? Schedule an Appointment or visit during our Walk-In Advising hours.
Unable to make it to campus? Join a Virtual Drop-In Session where you can receive assistance remotely.
Do you know the COURSE and SECTION number of the class you would like to register for? You may either email the Welcome Desk Staff at registration@triton.edu OR contact the Call Center at 708-456-0300, Ext. 3130.

Advising at Triton College is an interactive partnership between advisors and students. Advisors facilitate a smooth transition for incoming students through course placement, registration, academic planning and assistance with obtaining relevant information and services. Advisors nurture students’ academic habits such as goal-setting and attainment, self-awareness, and responsible decision making.
