Purchase Tickets
How do I purchase tickets for the Cernan Earth and Space Center Planetarium?
- The box office opens 30 minutes before the first public show of the day. For example, the first public show on Saturdays is at 7:00 p.m. so the box office will open at 6:30 p.m.
- Shows occasionally sell out so please avoid the last minute rush. We would hate to have to turn anyone away. Visitors are strongly encouraged to arrive at least 15-20 minutes before the show. This gives you time to browse the Star Store.
- The Cernan Earth and Space Center can be reached from anywhere in the Chicagoland area. There is plenty of free parking.

Admission is FREE for Triton College students, faculty and staff with a valid ID.
